History, culture and amazing views! We did the Kruje and Durres day tour with Endri and we had a great time! It felt as if we were on a day out among friends. Endri shared some information about the history and culture of Albania, drove us around all day. He had fantastic knowledge of Albania’s history but also shared some insight about Albanian culture and people. We had a lovely lunch too,The views were absolutely breathtaking! We would definitely recommend a tour with Endri! Thank you also for playing Albanian music for us on the way back at our request :)!

My experience was amazing. I will come back in Albania because it's a place that amazes me everytime I visit. Wherever you go North,South,West or East of Albania you will see a wonderful nature starting with mountains which are plenty of them,forests,hills,lakes and the two seas Adriatic and Ion. The locals are welcoming and the traditional foods delicious.Plenty of history to discover.

WHIRLWIND BUT WORTH THE EFFORT The guide /driver , ENDRI, is excellent at both driving and his knowledge of even the most esoteric facts of Albanian history is impressive. In 10 days we covered @1,100 km. Contrary to what information we had seen....the roads in Albania are very good for the most part. Unfortunately the cost of petrol is so high that it makes private tours a bit expensive. In our 1,100 km we spent @ $225 USD for fuel. For the most part the accomodations booked through the agency were as anticipated but there were a couple of logistical problems that were either resolved by compromise, the agency or, most often, by the driver/guide , ENDRI. I had expected a larger vehicle for transportation but the mid-sized car turned out to serve us well by being generally comfortable and, most importantly , having good viewing from all the windows. The 10 day tour, with RT airfare from Istanbul for 2 people had a total cost of $3,000 USD and when you compare that cost to other domestic group tours offered by other agencies it is a very fair price. The train system does not operate throughout the country and there are few domestic airports. The busses do look better than I had seen reported on the internet but if you are traveling on a limited schedule then a private tour is a good option. I really appreciated the agency's suggestion that they issue us a LETTER OF INVITATION and ITINERARY for us since both of us are from countries seldom seen in Albania. I really believe that without those documents we may have been denied entry. We were questioned at length about our intentions for coming to Albania. The scenery in Albania is bucolic and relaxing so even just a drive through the mountains is worth the effort. The agency was very good at helping me piece together the itinerary and in staying in communication but the real accolades must go to ENDRI who was so likable, helpful and humble that we have invited him to visit our home since we live in a highly touristed county ourselves.

Castles and beach in one day Andret our guide was very nice and showed us the sights while entertaining us with facts about the areas we were in. Really good lunch and ending with an afternoon on the seaside as well as an amphitheatre. Recommended!

Great day trip to Bovilla Lake and Monte Dajti We booked a day trip to to Bovilla Lake and Monte Dajti with Aria Travel. Our guide Endri was amazing - he is very acknowledged, friendly and passionate about his work. He shared with us many interesting insights about Albania- history, culture, nature. Additionally Endri is a great photographer! We couldn’t imagine a better guide and day spend surrounded by beautiful nature of Albania. Definitely we will come back! I truly recommend Aria Travel - the best experience! They were able to accommodate all our needs just an evening before trip and made our memories unforgettable:)

Gleni is the man- love this agency I booked tours to see Montenegro, Kosovo, Macedonia, lake bovilla and lake komani. Our guide was Gleni, who was so warm and pleasant and felt like a long-lost family member. He took me to the best photo locations and took excellent pics and videos of me ( he should have been a photographer). I'm so glad I chose the private tour, I had the time of my life and I am truly grateful that Gleni was my tour guide, he made my trip even more incredible! He helped me climb lake bovilla in sandals haha. I would have not plucked the courage to climb without him. It was a scary route and I Don't usually hike. He had the best music taste, so the long journeys felt very short with his presence. I am so glad I chose this company. I had prebooked these tours with another company that cancelled on me one week before travelling. I had zero hope that my holiday would go as planned, but due to this company and Gleni my holiday was amazing! I've visited 22 countries but I must say that this tour company is the best I've ever come across.

Great 2-day tour I took the 2-day tour with Jetmir as guide and had a great time. It is quite short but definitely worth it and enough to see the key points. I particularly enjoyed Ohrid and Prizren. Not everyone spoke the same language in our group and Jetmir managed to run the visits in 2 languages.
